Puppy Training

The following is covered specifically for puppies:

• Health, safety and care

• Basic obedience commands

• Common puppy problems such as:

  • toilet training, separation anxiety, mouthing, digging and jumping

• Walking on lead and correct equipment

• Assessment of home environment for puppy's safety

Behaviour Modification

Correction of Problems including:

• Chewing

• Jumping

• Barking

• Lead pulling

• Digging

• Escaping

• Anxiety e.g. car travel, separation, noises

• Destructive behaviour

• Obsessions

• Scratching at the door to be let in

• We will conduct a behavioural assessment of your dog and provide easy to follow guidelines as to how to eliminate the unwanted behaviour(s).

Obedience Training

Includes the following:

• Basic commands e.g. sit, drop, stay, come

• 'Leave It' - great for dogs that will eat anything in sight

• Teaching dog to sit and stay on a mat

• Lead etiquette

• Recall

• Feeding advice

• Group lessons

• Individual requirements
